C.S. Noel and her Oldenburg cross, the Duke of Dunstable

A city kid, C.S. Noel had her first ride when she was ten years old, and a pack of Girl Scouts hoisted her up on the back of a white horse standing loose out in a field before the start of a Halloween hay ride.  The horse took off running, but miraculously Noel stayed on, and never wanted to get off again.

Since that first thrilling ride, Noel has spent 40 years studying the methods of, and training with, top experts in an array of equestrian disciplines, always seeking the safest and most consistent ways to ride in harmony and balance with the horse.

Her specialty is a heavy concentration on basics to gain precise control of each part of the horse.   This focus on fundamentals provides the strong foundation necessary for upper level success, regardless of the specific equestrian discipline. 

Riders will find that they reap unexpected benefits from this approach, no matter what their level of experience or that of their horse.
